Refund policy

1. Parcels Lost in Transit (UK Shipping Only)
When to report: If your order doesn’t arrive, please allow 10 days from the shipping date for Royal Mail to complete their delivery attempts.

What happens next: After 10 days, if we still can’t locate your parcel, we’ll consider it lost. We’ll send you a replacement order free of charge—no extra cost to you.

2. Damaged Items on Arrival
How to claim:

Take clear photos of the entire parcel and the damaged contents (e.g., ripped coffee bags, opened packets, or unusable equipment).

Email those photos to us at anna@giveitashotltd.com within 7 days of delivery.

Our commitment: Once we receive your photos, we’ll file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a full replacement order at no extra cost.

Note: “Products” refers to roasted coffee, coffee-brewing equipment, and other SKUs in our catalogue. It does not include outer packaging or promotional inserts.

3. Change of Mind & Returns
Coffee products:

Opened bags: We can’t accept returns on opened coffee.

Unopened bags: If unopened and within 4 weeks of the roast date, you may choose to keep the coffee or return it to us for a refund.

How to return:

Contact us at anna@giveitashotltd.com to arrange a return authorization.

Ship the product back to us in its original, unopened condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
